4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Vanesè follows a No Refund Policy. Refunds to bank accounts are not provided.

  • Customers may request an exchange or store credit if an item is damaged upon delivery or if the wrong item was received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Standard delivery time:

    • Major cities: 3–5 business days

    • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

  • We partner with trusted courier service, PostEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to courier issues or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
