Where Do We Deliver?

We currently deliver all across Pakistan. Whether you’re in a major city or a smaller town, Vanesè will bring your jewelry safely to your doorstep.

At the moment, international shipping is not available, but we plan to expand soon.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery:

• Major cities: 3–5 business days

• Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Flat Rate: PKR 200

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status through our courier partner’s website.

Delivery Delays

We work with trusted delivery partners, but delays may sometimes occur due to:

• Uncontrollable circumstances (e.g. weather, strikes, high-volume periods)

• Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
