EXCHANGES
Can I exchange my item(s)?
Yes, you can exchange your Vanesè jewelry within 15 days of purchase only if:

The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

You received the wrong item that does not match your order.
To initiate an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@vanese.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
We review each case individually and aim to resolve all matters fairly.
Note: We require clear photo evidence of the faulty/wrong item emailed within the
15-day window before any exchange can be approved.
What can’t be exchanged?
We are unable to process exchanges in the following cases:

The request is made after 15 days of purchase or after 48 hours of delivery without notice.

The jewelry has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

The item is missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Any sign of tampering or modification.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless damaged on arrival.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
We only accept returns if:

You received a wrong item, or
-
The item was damaged upon delivery.
To return an item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will assess your case and arrange a resolution.
How do I return an item?
Once your return is approved, you will need to send the jewelry back to us in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by Vanesè only if the item was wrong or damaged upon arrival.
What items are not returnable?

Jewelry that has been used, worn, or broken after delivery

Items with missing packaging, tags, or accessories

Customized/personalized designs

Sale or discounted items (unless faulty/damaged on arrival)
REFUNDS
At Vanesè, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.
Once a return is approved, you can choose:

An exchange for another item of equal value, or
-
A Vanesè voucher of the same value, valid for your next purchase.
Refunds to bank accounts are not offered, except in rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled at all.
Important Note
Vanesè reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions.
